So my Son told me about this place. A fast food chain restaurant that has a limited menu, chicken fingers....and that's it! Oh, they do have a chicken sandwich option, but with yes, more chicken fingers.
This restaurant is located on Firestone Bl., in the City of Downey. Place was nice and clean, employees were friendly and helpful.
As far as the food goes, all they have is chicken fingers, paired with Texas size toast, French fries, coleslaw and a dipping sauce called Kane sauce, which is, I think a mixture of ketchup and maybe mayo.
The chicken fingers was a high quality, really good tasting chicken strip, lightly coated, crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside and decent size pieces. The texas size toast that you get with your combo's was great, as well as the coleslaw and crinkle cut fries.
Everything that I had today was good and above average. One thing that I would probably change is offer different dipping sauce, maybe a ranch dipping sauce, bbq, or even a country sausage gravy. If they had the different option sauce, that would be great, but if not, I would still definitely come back to eat here, when in the area.
A solid 4 stars from me. -

The last two times I've been here were pretty disappointing. The chicken fingers shrank... A LOT, and were pretty soggy. They look nothing like what's depicted in the menu photos, the chicken fingers look like chicken nuggets now. The last two times I've been here, ALL of my chicken fingers were the same size as the sauce. Kinda lame, I don't think I'll be coming back. The box combo doesn't even fill me up anymore. :/
Also, I did not receive cole slaw with my last two orders? I don't even eat the cole slaw, but I thought that should be addressed in my review.
Bread, Sauce, Lemonade, and Fries are still fire. I've got to give credit where it's due.
If you want a 4 piece chicken nuggets save your time and money and hit up McDonalds down the street. -

Our daughter raved about this place and brought my wife and me here for a late lunch on a hot summer Saturday afternoon. The drive through line and line inside the restaurant were long in my opinion but not as bad as my daughter usually sees. We all ordered chicken fingers which is pretty much all you can get. It's kinda ironic that as kids growing up, they would always look for chicken fingers on a menu. Now we end up in a place with only chicken fingers on the menu.
We somehow snagged a table and sat down with our drinks waiting on the fried goodness to be ready. The wait was reasonable and we enjoyed watching people hang around like vultures waiting for a table to open up.
My food arrived and everything in the basket was a golden fried yellow. The highlight for me was the Texas toast. The bread was soft and prepared with butter on both sides (option). The crinkle cut fries were piping hot and fresh tasting. The chicken was a bit of a let down for me. I would have liked a crispier skin but if wasn't bad. I washed everything down with a yummy lemonade.
Our meals were ok but I just can't see us eating here with any regularity. I just didn't feel well about eating all this fried food afterwards. -

Stopped by for lunch today since I had not been here in awhile. I've always really liked their chicken strips for a few simple reasons. The batter on them is light and crispy, while the meat is always tender and moist. Although I don't like crinkle cut fries (appearance more than taste)these are good. The piece of thick toast is also good, but I find their cole slaw dry and average at best.
My one big complaint about this chain of restaurants is that they charge you extra for their Cane sauce. In my opinion the sauce should but like ketchup and be there for the taking. The staff is always friendly here and they are constantly ensuring that the place is kept clean. -

Raising Cane's Chicken has the best chicken strips and dinner rolls. Not much of a menu but what they have is great.
For the amount of people coming through this place, there's definitely not enough staff. Restaurant, well it was semi clean, tables weren't wiped down. The staff was doing as much as they could.
Maybe next time I'll just order to go.
